Abstract: 

In this talk, I will present highlights of semi-analytical and numerical works done by me along with collaborators. The primary objective has been to answer basic questions of how matter falls onto the black holes and produce the most energetic outflows in the known universe. Future research plan related to open questions will be discussed. Teaching interests and plans will also be presented.
